伊戒 哇戒 恰列 恰列
布拉恰列 布拉恰列 古蘇美 古蘇美 哇熱
伊利 彌利 吉地 左拉母

【語 譯】
我皈依三寶神聖的莊嚴王，您的智慧如海一般深廣，您的智慧如日
一般明亮，能夠照徹一切無明。
您是如來，您是應供，您是正遍知。
我歸依一切如來、應供、正遍知。
我歸依神聖的觀自在菩薩。
您是大菩薩，您是大悲的總集。
所以，我在這個地方持這樣的咒：
我要精進啊！精進！精進做什麼？精進→佈施、持戒、忍辱、精進、
禪定、智慧，精進六度萬行，然後超越精進，不畏艱難的精進，一
直到我及一切眾生，都能夠遠離顛倒夢想，都能夠證得無生法忍，徹
悟一切法即是緣起無自性，更徹悟我及佛、眾生同一體性，都能夠達
到無上正等正覺，直到圓滿為止。

拉得那 寶
特拉呀呀 三
那麻 皈依（發自內心更深處）
阿利呀 神聖的、聖者
佳那 智慧
薩嘎拉 大海
毗盧恰那 大太陽，代表大光明，此處不是指毘盧遮那佛
白玉哈 莊嚴
拉佳呀 王。呀：語助詞
答他嘎答呀 如來
阿爾哈爹 應供、阿羅漢
三米呀三布達呀 正遍知、正等正覺
薩爾瓦 一切
答他嘎爹別 如來。別：單數變複數
阿瓦羅記爹 觀察、深觀
許瓦拉呀 自在
菩提薩埵呀 菩薩
麻哈薩埵呀 麻哈：大。薩埵：菩薩，大菩薩
麻哈嘎盧呢嘎呀 盧嘎呢：慈悲。嘎呀：身
答地呀他 即說咒曰
嗡 我用虔誠的、專注的身、語、意
